2. Get one Quality Fortify Fatigue potion.
3. Return to Ophelia with the ingredients.

Detailed Walkthrough

When asked if she has any duties for you, Mages Guild Alchemist Ophelia in the tower of the Narsis Mages Guild will send you to get a Quality Fortify Fatigue potion.

Many big city alchemists have a chance of having this potion for sale, or you can steal it from Old Ebonheart, Western Watch Barracks, Old Ebonheart, Narusya's Fine Potions, or Old Ebonheart, Fort Pelagius.

Return to Ophelia with the potion to finish the quest.
