10		I have been asked to meet with Meden Fathyron in Akamora regarding Mephala's blessing.
20		Meden Fathyron said that I must kill the cult leader in Yanishanabi, a shrine to Mehrunes Dagon just east of town, then desecrate the shrine in order to recieve Mephala's blessing.
50		I have desecrated the shrine of Mehrunes Dagon in Yanishanabi and received Mephala's blessing.
100		Meden Fathyron asked me to obtain the Ebony Blade in Shambalu, a shrine to Mephala northwest of Akamora in the Mephalan Vales. Afterwards, I must bring the blade back to Myaru in Narsis.
150	Finishes quest	Myaru Sareleth acknowledged my retrieval of the Ebony Blade and my procurement of Mephala's blessing.
250	Finishes quest	I was expelled from the Morag Tong for killing Meden Fathyron. Myaru Sareleth has no more special duties for me.
