10		Rogatus Cipius, the newly appointed Factor in Narsis, has found a way to cut caravan costs. I've been asked to deliver a termination letter to Llaros Samalsi, the governor of Shipal-Sharai, a town west of Narsis. I must then strike a deal with the head of the Seventh Family of House Hlaalu, Belron Hlaalu. Their manor is in the Waterfront District of Narsis.
30		I delivered the letter to Shipal-Sharai's governor. Now Belron Hlaalu can be contracted.
40		Belron Hlaalu accepted the contract's terms.
100	Finishes quest	Rogatus was ecstatic the deal was accepted and gifted me a bottle of wine.
