With the Fighters Guild asking for additional pay on caravan routes, Rogatus struck a deal promising the Guild an additional contract with the Hlaalu in exchange for reduced rates for the Company. I am to speak with Belron Hlaalu of the Seventh Family in Narsis to secure this agreement.

Belron Hlaalu had a contract in mind, but it was already granted to some local businessmen. He said he could have it amended if I got the contract from the chief clerk in the Measurehall. He said I would also have to remove the people guarding the warehouse.

I took the original contract to Belron Hlaalu, who gave me a contract for the Fighters Guild instead. I am to deliver this to Teris Vandenius, the Guild Steward in Narsis, after dealing with the warehouse guards.
