10		Tereldyn Hlaalu, of the First Family, asked me to convince some high level bureaucrats to help repair the sewer breach in the catacombs. First, I should talk to Gindrala Dorenith, the secretary to the Chief Architect. I was given some gold to help with a bribe. After gaining her support, I am to approach Vizier Erevyn Peronys and do a favor for him as well. Both can be located somewhere in the Measurehall.
20		Gindrala Dorenith suggested that she might be willing to help me, "for a small consideration."
30		I convinced Gindrala Dorenith to support Tereldyn's petition to repair the sewer breach.
40		The Vizier of Narsis will assist with repairing the sewer breach, but demands I eliminate an informant named Evylu Valen due to her disloyalty. She can be found at the Council Club in St. Veloth's Quarter.
50		Evylu Valen admitted that she refuses to work for the Vizier any longer. Valen said that while he promises the Camonna Tong protection and rewards, he frequently betrays their trust by pinning blame on low-level members.
51		I decided to side with the Vizier, and Evylu began to fight me.
60		I agreed with Valen and let her live.
61		I refused to do the Vizier's dirty work.
62	Finishes quest	Tereldyn was disappointed that I was unable to convince the Vizier to repair the sewer breach.
70		The Vizier was pleased with my efforts. He said that in one week, the council will have voted to seal the breach and the construction would be finished.
100	Finishes quest	Tereldyn thanked me for my service to the First Family of Clan Hlaalu and rewarded me with a relic spear.
110	Finishes quest	The sewer breach in the catacombs should be repaired by now.
