Thorleif Stage-Hand sent me to speak with Parena Avethyn, the publican of the Last Drop inn in Narsis' Foreign Quarter. She requested protection from the Tong from the Thieves Guild, and I've been selected to fulfill her request.

Parena Avethyn insisted that I convince Drinar Hledas, a Camonna Tong thug who has been extorting her, to leave her alone. She told me that it's the Guild's fault that Camonna Tong is expanding into the Foreign Quarter again, and therefore the Guild should also help her to resolve her predicament.
