Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Greedy Hofmund in Helnim about jobs and Servas Capris.
2. Speak to Servas Capris in Helnim's Fort Servas about Caedan Jorval.
3. Enter the Zafirbel Bay Company building's vault.
4. (Optional) Confront Neval about off limits and either:
   • Claim you just want to look (req. 90+ disposition).
   • Claim that you're the new guard (req. 40+ Speechcraft).
   • Declare that the building is aflame (req. 60+ Speechcraft).
5. Remove the Company Master Ledger from the vault.
6. Retrieve a Company Business Ledger from the building.
7. Bring both ledgers to Servas Capris.
8. Return to Servas after 24 hours have passed.
9. Report back to Greedy Hofmund.

Notes

• If Neval detects you after you have retrieved the master ledger, he will turn hostile.
• An unguarded business ledger is present in the company tower, and an unlocked door to this location is accessible via levitation up the outside of the building.
• At any point during this quest you can speak to Caedan Jorval or Servas Capris about the gang of thieves topic and turn Hofmund and company in for a 550 gold (Caedan) or 500 gold (Servas) payment.

Bugs

• Success on either of the Speechcraft checks with Neval does not actually disable his hostile behavior if you subsequently approach the vault door (true in 23.10 Andaram release) - it only makes him move out of eyesight.

10		Hofmund wants me to find a way to get Servas Capris to leave his gang alone. He thinks if I tell Capris about Caedan Jorval's criminal activities, I might be able to make a deal.
20		Servas Capris was interested to hear about Caedan Jorval's involvement in Helnim's criminal activity. He's asked me to acquire the Zafirbel Bay Company's Master Ledger, which he expects to be in the Company's vault, and a regular Company Business Ledger to cross-reference it with.
80		I brought the Zafribel Bay Company ledgers to Servas Capris. He told me that it would take some time to go through them, and to come back in a day or so.
85		Servas Capris should have finished going through the Zafirbel Bay Company ledgers by now.
90		Servas Capris told me that he did not find any evidence that the Zafirbel Bay Company was involved in criminal activity in Helnim, and that he could not prosecute Caedan Jorval while the Company continued to provide protection. Hofmund will want to hear of this.
100	Finishes quest	Hofmund was disappointed to hear that Servas Capris would not be able to act against Caedan Jorval.
110	Finishes quest	Servas Capris rewarded me for informing him of the location of the Helnim gang.
200	Finishes quest	Hofmund was unhappy to hear of Servas Capris' death, and decided to turn himself in to the Legion.
500		I have told Caedan Jorval where he can find Helnim's gang of thieves.
510	Finishes quest	With their leader dead, I won't be able to recruit the gang of thieves in Helnim.
