A'tor's flagship was the ship captained by Prince A'tor during the Battle of Hunding Bay, as seen in the introduction cutscene.

It was engulfed in fire and destroyed by the dragon Nafaalilargus. During these final moments, Archmage Voa secured the dying Prince's soul in a soul gem and placed his body in a stasis field. Other than the Prince, there were no survivors. Despite the destruction of the flagship, A'tor's body was moved to land and hidden in the Temple of Arkay, while the soul gem was acquired by the Restless League. Likewise, Voa's body was mysteriously moved deep within the Goblin Caverns, and his magic ring remained with him.

The Garamar was second in line of battle behind A'tor's flagship. Some of its sailors survived the attack, living to tell the tale of the flagship's fiery end.

Neither ship is a playable location in-game.
