The Trueflame Sword Replica Style is an Artifact outfit style based on Trueflame, the blade of Nerevar. This style page can be used to re-skin any equipped one-handed weapon for 1000 using the Outfit System.
The style could be obtained during the 2024 Anniversary Jubilee event that took place in the month of April. During this event, it could rarely be fished out of any fishing hole. It returned during the Pan-Tamriel Celebration from January 23 to February 4, 2025, and again during the 2025 Anniversary Jubilee. During these latter events, having certain achievements increased the chances of fishing it.

- Trueflame could previously be obtained from fishing in Stonefalls before it was patched in Patch 1.0.1. This weapon is part of the deprecated Arms of Infernace set. Those who obtained the sword before its removal were still able to keep it, but unable to trade it as it is a bound item.
- This item was not intended to be the real Trueflame, which was broken during the Battle of Red Mountain and would not be reforged until the end of the Third Era.
