A Moonlit Shadow

Cantor Krin'ze speaks of a small cat spirit that is a messenger from Azurah. Soon after, you will meet Ja'kh in Moonmont, next to a Khajiiti corpse. After petting him, he will lead you to Zerith-var's tomb.

Later you can find him in Temple of the Dark Moon alongside Shashan standing on rubble.

Paths Out Of Darkness

Zerith-Var will send Ja'kh to lead Cantor Krin'ze to a safe meeting spot in Dune. Once you meet up with Krin'ze, you can have an opportunity to pet the cat again.

When you enter Predator Mesa through Zerith's portal, he will summon Ja'kh to keep an eye on Krin'ze and Viti to alert if the Cantors are dangerous. You can pet the cat again.
