Greenwater Survivor

Greenwater Survivors are Altmer commoners who can be found in Greenwater Cove after the Sea Vipers have been driven out of the town. They are located in the easternmost district, mourning their lost homes.

Prior to the completion of Eye of the Ancients, you'll find Elanere and three Greenwater Survivors inside Elanere's House. After the quest is completed, they disappear from the building.
