Gekurek is a Nord laborer who can be found in Riften. He can be found on the lower level of the docks, talking to Talsrel.

Dialogue[edit]

Before you explored Lost Prospect to deal with the undead problem, he will get dissuaded by Talsrel from visiting:

Talsrel: "You're heading to Lost Prospect? Skip it."

Gekurek: "Why?"

Talsrel: "Nobody who goes there ever comes back. It's crawling with zombies."

Gekurek: "Bah, just rumors. If that was true, the Watch'd take care of it."

Talsrel: "The Watch has bigger problems. Like that giant. I'd avoid Lost Prospect, if I was you."

After exploring Lost Prospect:

Talsrel: "You heard about Lost Prospect? I told you!"

Gekurek: "You told me what?"

Talsrel: "Viveka just got back from there. Killed a lich and lots of zombies!"

Gekurek: "Shor's Blood! What happened? How did she survive?"

Talsrel: "One of Jorunn's soldiers saved her. Killed the lich and the zombies too. Damn fine work!"
