When you travel to Fell's Run to meet with Aurelia Jourvel and Captain Marso, you will find a worried Aurelia talking with Ennic Fenvale:

Ennic Fenvale: ""I just confirmed it, dear child. He's there. I know it."

Aurelia Veloise: ""All right, we have to organize … by the Divines, Izzy! I'm so glad to see you!"

<Ennic walks over to the bar.>

Speaking with Ennic before Aurelia:

"Ah, I say! Hullo! You must be Miss Aurelia's friends from home. I hope you can help her friend. They've become very dear to my husband and I."

After you have spoken with Aurelia:

"Ah, good day to you. Welcome to Fell's Run. A tiny little hamlet with great big problems. Haha."

After rescuing Captain Marso from the Obsidian Scar, you head back to town. However, when you arrive back in town, Ennic will run out of the inn:

Ennic Fenvale: "Over here, quickly! They have Aurelia!"

Talk to him to see what is going on:

"Ah, it's you! Please, you've got to help Miss Aurelia! She was snatched by a nasty looking brigand. One of the children ran up to tell me!
If you hurry, they can't be too far. Apparently she was giving them quite a hard time."

Who took her? Which way did they go?

"The child said Aurelia called the brigand Vetitia? Isn't she the one that kidnapped Marso?
She went north, toward an old Ayleid ruin northeast of town. I'd bet that Vetitia took her there!"

We'll find her, don't worry.

Afterwards, Ennic will head back inside the inn.
