Defecting Cultist Champions are former members of the Order of the Waking Flame that can be found in The Deadlands. One can be found at a camp west of the Annihilarch's Summit Wayshrine with a Defecting Cultist Whirlwind and a watcher.

Upon detection, the cultists will be killed by the watcher.
