Blind Cult Frost Archer

Blind Cult Frost Archers are Imperial members of the Blind Path encountered in Bedlam Veil.

Skills and Abilities[edit]

Quick Shot: A basic ranged attack that deals frost damage.
Ice Spray: The archer draws back their bow as a cone appears in front of them. After 1.5 seconds, they let their bow string loose, firing shards of ice in the designated conal radius.
Freezing Ground: The archer shoots an arrow that explodes on contact with the ground, leaving a large zone covered with ice, indicated by a circular AoE, dealing constant damage and snaring you.
Winter's Reach: The enemy unleashes an icy whirlwind in the direction it is facing. This whirlwind does moderate frost damage and roots all players that it hits. The root effect passes through block, but it can be escaped by roll dodging.
Ice Barrier: The enemy summons an Ice Barrier that absorbs projectiles fired at it until destroyed. The caster cannot be pulled if the wall stands between them and the enemy. The player should move so that there is a clear line of sight between themselves and the enemy.
Arrow Stab: A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage where the archer grabs their arrow and stabs it into the target rather than firing it.

They are called "Blind Cult Frost Archers" instead of following the same naming convention as the rest of the cultists, in which their name would be "Blind Path Frost Archer". This is seemingly an overlooked typo.
