No, I haven't installed any mods. The A-Bomb bug is a very similar glitch to the Glitch of Doom and people often confuse them. People like to call these to bugs the Reference Bug too but that's a different story with Shivering Isles. So you can say that you have the Glitch Of Doom because its almost the same thing. It's one of the most common glitches in Oblivion since most players spend hundreds of hours playing the game. There are a few videos in YouTube though they aren't very high quality.
