1. Talk to Rilas Dralethan in his manor in Akamora about my collection, Dun Akafell and Seinda.
2. Look for Seinda in Dun Akafell.
3. Retrieve the Nobura Tayo from the vampires.
4. Return to Rilas for your reward.

10		While in Akamora, I met a noble named Rilas Dralethan. He asked me to go to the ruins of Dun Akafell and track down the Nobura Tayo, a valuable ruby. It may be in the possession of Seinda, a Redguard mercenary that was sent to retrieve the stone but never returned.
19		Seinda went to search for the gemstone in the southeast of Dun Akafell.
20		Seinda went to search for the gemstone in the ruined chapel in the southeast of Dun Akafell.
30		I found Seinda incapacitated in a ruined building in Dun Akafell. I helped her to her feet.
35		Seinda died before she could tell me about the location of the Nobura Tayo. I'll have to search the ruins for it.
40		Seinda told me a vampire named Jala has the Nobura Tayo. I can find her at the chapel altar.
50		I found the Nobura Tayo. I should take it to Rilas Dralethan in Akamora.
100	Finishes quest	Rilas Dralethan rewarded me for bringing him the Nobura Tayo.
101	Finishes quest	I killed Rilas Dralethan. There's no point in bringing him the Nobura Tayo anymore.
