Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Margnir the Harvester in Ald Iuval about an aggressive dreugh.
2. Slay the Dreugh in the waters by the town's northern docks.
3. (Optional) Search the Dreugh's body.
4. Return to Margnir for 50-100 gold

Detailed Walkthrough

Margnir the Harvester can be found standing on one of the raised platforms next to Ald Iuval's northern docks. If spoken to, he will ask if you've spotted an aggressive dreugh in the nearby waters. It's preventing him from bathing, and so he asks that you deal with it.

You'll find the dreugh in question right next to the docks, so dive in and slay it. This is enough to get 50 gold from Margnir, but searching the body will reveal that the creature had skooma on it. Margnir will pay another 50 gold for this information.
