Ravyver Veslo is a Dunmer Enforcer engaged in an eternal battle with the Daedra overrunning Khalaan's sewers. He can be found in the western square of those sewers, and will task you with ending the existence of the Dremora, Kynreeve Myrahaz.

"You will help? This is good news! We have been holding them off from entering this side of the sewers for what feels like an eternity. There are only us three as you can see, so we cannot advance to clear out the rest. We need an extra sword to help do this. There is a dremora known as Kynreeve Myrahaz beyond this barricade that is giving the orders. I need you to find and eliminate him. Report back to me once this is done."
