Randir of Silvenar

Randir of Silvenar is a Wood Elf scribe who can be found in the western office on the upper floor of the Valenwood Mission in Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart. He used to work for the Silvenar back in Valenwood, and can tell you a bit about his job and homeland.

He wears a common dress, a pair of expensive pants, and a random amulet. He carries a pair of common puttees and a random skill book.

Aside from his natural resistance to disease, and the ability to command animals, he knows the following spells: Seryn's Blessing, Strong Resist Fire, Strong Resist Frost, Strong Resist Magicka, and Strong Resist Poison.

"%Name is my name. I was once a hardworking scribe, dedicated to cataloguing any and all decrees of the Silvenar. Xarxes has truly blessed me for those years of toil, and now I'm in a less notable but much more comfortable position."

"I'm a scribe, sent here to record and do general bookkeeping for Arieglos, the ambassador here. Ebonheart's not as glamorous as Silvenar over in Valenwood, but it's nice enough here. There is a bit of a tense vibe here in the Ebon Tower; a lot of stress in the air. Having the Summerset Isles Mission down the hall doesn't exactly help things much either."
