Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Nivel Hladri at Hladri Winery about Hladri Shein.
2. Travel to Hlerynhul and talk to Khazor gro-Bash.
3. Pay Khazor either 1,000 gold or (with 50+ Mercantile) 250 gold.
4. Return to Nivel Hladri.

Detailed Walkthrough

A keen advertiser of his own product, Nivel Hladri will hawk to you from the moment you speak to him at Hladri Winery. Ask him about Hladri Shein and he'll give you a free sample - before mentioning the difficulties he has shifting the drink in nearby Hlerynhul. He'll also make mention of a reward if you can find somebody in the town that is willing to sell it for him.

Travel to Hlerynhul. Most vendors will refuse to talk about Hladri Shein, but the publican of The Musty Mudcrab, Khazor gro-Bash, admits there has been interest in the product. Ask him why he's reluctant to stock it, and he'll claim he needs a large sum of investment money to sort out both purchase and paperwork. He puts the cost at 1,000 gold.

If you have 50+ or higher Mercantile, you can convince him that 250 gold will be enough. Whatever the sum, pay it, then return to Nivel Hladri to complete the quest.

Hladri has asked me if I was interested in finding someone in Hlerynhul who would be interested in importing Hladri Shein.
50		I have convinced Khazor gro-Bash, owner of the Musty Mudcrab, to sell Hladri Shein at his inn.
100	Finishes quest	Nivel Hladri was happy to hear that I convinced Khazor gro-Bash of importing Hladri Shein. He rewarded me with some bottles of it and some advice and tricks for doing business.
