Prerequisites

To receive this quest, you must either have completed Plague (given by Rathra's Mouth, Areth Morvayn in Port Telvannis), or be of Master rank or higher in House Telvanni.

Warning

Completing this quest by doing as Mistress Rathra desires will lock you out of Master Mithras' questline (see Notes).

Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Rathra in Tel Ouada about chores and On Elemental Daedra.
2. (Optional) Ask Booksellers about On Elemental Daedra for possible locations.
3. Obtain a copy of On Elemental Daedra (e.g. from the Mages Guild halls in Andothren or Old Ebonheart).
4. Bring the book to Rathra.

Notes

• At the start of this quest, Rathra warns you against associating with her rival, Mithras. Agreeing to help Mithras during Trouble in Ranyon-ruhn therefore acts as a point of no return - if you do this, Rathra will refuse to give you any further chores. Similarly, bringing Rathra the copy of On Elemental Daedra will cause Mithras to refuse your assistance during Trouble in Ranyon-ruhn.
