Octavus

Octavus is an Imperial pauper who can be found at Pilgrim's Respite in Necrom.

He wears a common shirt, with matching pants, shoes, and belt. Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.

When Westerners picture the white spires of Necrom, they are actually thinking of the City Above. Of equal spiritual importance to the Dunmer are the catacombs and burials beneath the city."
