Nelgirion

An ancient Lich who has been in hiding since the Warp in the West.

He is immune to shock, poison, paralysis, normal weapons, disease, and only takes half damage from fire, and 25% from frost.

All of his attributes are at 100, except speed which is at 50.

He also has an ability that further increases his strength, intelligence, speed, and agility by 10, fortifys magicka by 50, restores 200 points of magicka per second, restores 110pts fatigue per second, and gives him 25pts sanctuary.

In addition to his natural abilitys to reflect 60% of spells and regenerating 1-5 health per second, he knows the following spells: Summon Skeletal Minion, Dire Shockball, Fifth Barrier, Firebloom, Potent Poison (Ranged), Absorb Health (Ranged), Heal True, and Antimagic Curse.

He can also inflict the following diseases: Caliron's Curse damages strength, speed, and agility by 10. Chrondiasis drains magicka by 50 per second and intelligence by 10.

• What secrets?:

"Command over magic inverted, revealed to me through the Brass Titan's movements as it marched out of the Bay and ripped the spell Passwall into pieces. But the Titan revealed this to me. Only me. My last guest asked far too many questions about its workings, so I imprisoned her in the crystal behind the throne. Do not make her mistake. But you have yet to answer my question. What brought you to my crypt?"

• Who are you?:

"I am Nelgirion of Dwynnen, called the Venerable. Before the Worm King arrived with his court, I was foremost among the Iliac Bay's necromancers. On my return to Tamriel, the Titan's mysteries will help me to reclaim that position. But tell me, how did you come to be in my crypt?"

• Can you tell me about Passwall?:

"A pointless question. Passwall is dead. I watched the Titan kill it. No sort of necromancy can bring it back."

• Can you tell me about the Brass Titan?:

"Your questions verge on being invasive, but I will answer this one. The world watched the Titan march from the Bay, but none aside from me understood its message. The Titan's gait told me that we are in the last days. The egg will break, and a new god will rise out of the graves and charnel houses up to the stars. This was my future, guest. Who else? The Worm King? Olurmir the Vulture? Weak minded oafs, all. But you still have yet to tell me what brings you here. I would like an answer. At once."
