Mudlap, a commoner who wants to lead an army of mudcrabs

Mudlap is a Wood Elf commoner who has a grudge against the Telvanni.

An easy way to find him is to start from the cave Tristin north of Port Telvannis. Follow the path down to the shore, where you should see an unusual number of mudcrabs, then follow the shore until it starts curving west. From here, Mudlap is visible to the southwest, back a ways from the shore between some rocks with a campfire. He is easiest to find at night, as his fire is more visible then.
