Rojanna Jades has a simple kill quest for you, to kill some Dreugh who were attracted to a shipment of Mazte that fell into the water. Head out of the fort to the nearby dock down the hill, and jump into the water. There will be four Dreugh who will attack you. After that, report back to Rojanna Jades for turn-in and a reward of 250 gold.
Entering the water at Fort Ancylis' docks will attract the dreugh to you, and you may then find Imperial Marines joining you for the slaughter in the water.
The last Dreugh may be stuck at the bottom of the lake, so check there if the fourth one or one of them doesn't spawn and attack you.
