FORT ANCYLIS
Commandant: Rojanna Jades
Alert state: Moth
Current status: Commandant Jades is in bedrest due to a serious illness. The fort's battlemage is in charge for the time being.
Recommended action: none

FORT WINDMOTH
Commandant: Arvs Rethrathi
Alert state: Tiger
Current status: In severe disrepair; curtain wall badly damaged. Severe problems with discipline. The commandant has requested financial aid (5,000 septims) for repairs and soldiers' wages.
Recommended action: Fund the necessary repairs of the curtain wall (2,500 septims). Severe measures may be required to restore order if things in the fort do not improve. Look into the possibility of funding the newly-organized Helnim Militia in the future.

Alert state: Wolf
Current status: Slightly undermanned. The alert state lowered from "Tiger" to "Wolf" as per commandant's recommendation after a reportedly successful meeting with the local Telvanni lord.
Recommended action: Consider dispatching a small number of reinforcement troops.

Current status: Abandoned. In severe disrepair. Occupied by a hostile army of undead.
Recommended action: Watch the island. Consider using freelancers to retrieve the Ward of Akavir.
