Krieps is a Scamp found within the Daedric shrine of Ashpibishal. He can be calmed with magic. A cunning if cowardly artificer, he will offer to make a special item for you if you agree not to hurt him - but returning once he has made it will reveal that the blade has made him much more confident in trying to kill you.
