Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Vaerin in Alt Bosara about chores and punavit apparati.
2. Obtain a Punavit Communal Cup, Punavit Kettle, Punavit Samovar and Punavit Residue (e.g. from Tur Julan's Statesmen's Hall).
3. Bring the above items to Vaerin.
