Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Fitz-Fitz in the basement of The Howling Noose in Firewatch about jobs and a Nordic dagger.
2. Travel to Nivalis.
3. (Optional) Speak to Kevlin Sereile at The Black Ogre Tavern about Hrongal Wavebreaker.
4. (Optional) Speak to Hrongal Wavebreaker about Cyrodiilic brandy and give him some.
5. Steal Hrongal's Nordic Dagger from Hrongal Wavebreaker's house in Nivalis.
6. Bring the dagger to Fitz-Fitz.

30		Hrongal Wavebreaker is fast asleep, at least for now. I can take this opportunity to steal the dagger.
100	Finishes quest	I delivered Hrongal's dagger to Fitz-Fitz.
