Hibdun Senatmiran

Hibdun Senatmiran is a Dark Elf Acrobat and a member of the Obainat tribe. He stands under the sky in the Obainat Camp, plotting against the Hlaalu in the nearby Savrethi Distillery. It is Hibdun who will ask you to poison the water that feeds the distillery, beginning the events of Poisoning the Well.

If he likes you enough, Hibdun will explain the reason for his hatred against the Hlaalu if asked about his lost tribe:

"I joined the Obainat together with Massur-Dan, after our own Harambub tribe fell. The Harambub was a small tribe, and with the Hlaalu pushing into the Ashlands, things are more and more difficult for the smaller tribes. Massur-Dan was the gulakhan back then, he led us bravely into battles against both monsters and mer, but even he cannot save our camp.

Understandably, when the time comes to elect a new Ashkhan, Hibdun is a staunch supporter of his fellow Harambub tribal and militant anti-Hlaalu, Massur-Dan, and will not withdraw his vote unless Massur-Dan withdraws his candidacy.
