Ginur Dolvi is a Dunmer trader of knickknacks in the small town of Vhul, and can be found on the road running west-to-east south of town. Unlike many of the traders here, he is not associated with the Syvvit Tong. Like many of the traders here however, he is still involved in dodgy activities, which come to light during the events of More Rats?.
It transpires that Ginur has been supplying Aurelia Draconis in Old Ebonheart with punavit, a substance that is strictly for the possession of Indoril lords. On being given the news that Aurelia's punavit habit has got out of hand, Ginur will be somewhat shaken:
"W-What? I knew she loved punavit, but to steal a whole velk...Listen, velk and their nectar are highly regulated here. If news of this gets to the Indoril, I'll be executed. Or worse. I know where she lives. I'll free the velk without her noticing, I just need you to keep quiet. I'll even pay you for your silence."
