Allion Aberus asked you to get five kwama eggs, it may be any kwama eggs you can find, but he suggest you to visit Soludanni Egg Mine. To get to this mine, follow road to Firewatch until the first crossing. Turn left, and then, on next crossing right after previous one, turn left again and you will see entrance to the mine. Inside mine, in front of entrance, located Han Sadalvel. Talk with him about business and he will say, that mining eggs is hard work. From there you have two options - keep fortify endurance potion and try to steal eggs or give potion to Han and you will be allowed to pick 5 eggs from mine. After you picked 5 of them, journal updates and you may return to Allion to pick you reward.
The following Journal ID and Index codes can be used with the Journalconsole command to manually update the quest to a certain point.

Allion Aberus in the keep of Bal Oyra has asked me to get five kwama eggs. He suggested that I go to Soludanni Egg Mine and talk to Han Sadalvel to get permission. He gave me a potion of quality fortify endurance to persuade him if necessary.
