Felres Nerlenis

Felres Nerlenis is a Dark Elf agent and Hireling of House Telvanni who can be found on the docks of Port Telvannis, near the southwestern river strider. He offers basic training in Short Blade, Light Armor and Sneak. Also, he is one of three potential assassins that can be hired on behalf of Venira Resano to scare her husband, Trelo Resano, into buying a non-Argonian slave.

He wears a chitin cuirass, greaves, and pair of boots. He wields a silver dagger, and carries 6 gold. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
