Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Selura in the Ember Keep's Wizard's Tower, Firewatch.
2. Deliver Selura's Silver Staff of Peace to Jula Minthri in the Ember Keep's Great Hall.
3. Return to Selura for a reward.

50	Finishes quest	Selura thanked me and told me that the Silver Staff of Peace belonged to a Mouth of one of the Telvanni Council, who was sent to kill Selura and failed. My delivery was a warning to the Telvanni not to try again. She gave me an Exclusive Potion of Spell Absorption for my troubles.
