Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Engor in Menaan's storage tower about get me out.
2. Either:
   • Report the request to Brennan in the garrison tower, for 10 gold.
   • Find the key on the drawers by Brennan and release Engor, for no reward.

Notes

• If you release Engor, then Dathlyn Vando, the governor of Menaan, will be assassinated the next time you enter Vando Manor.

10		I met a Bosmer named Engor in the Menaan jail cell, begging to be freed before he is wrongly executed. The key should be in the tower somewhere.
15		Engor is a member of the Morag Tong sent to kill the governor of Menaan. If I free him, he will complete his writ to kill the governor.
20		I found the Menaan jail cell key.
30	Finishes quest	I freed Engor the Bosmer from his jail cell. He thanked me for helping him and fled into the night.
40	Finishes quest	I revealed the escape attempt to Brennan. He thanked me for informing him and had Engor promptly executed.
50	Finishes quest	The governor of Menaan has been assassinated.
