1. Speak to Madrana Varen in her Othmura home about her missing drum.
2. Question Saelin Ulom with 70+ disposition.
3. Retrieve Madrana's Drum from Shamsi and return it to Madrana.

Detailed Walkthrough

Madrana Varen has recently moved house, and has noticed that one item is absent. She'll ask you to find this missing drum by first checking with Saelin Ulom - the fisherman who delivered it. Saelin can be found by the water in town. He'll refuse to open up unless at 70+ disposition, in which case he'll admit to selling off a couple of Madrana's possessions to smugglers. He offers you the smugglers' location in exchange for not informing the guards. That location is Shamsi. To reach this place, leave Othmura via the northern gate and follow the road. The entrance to Shamsi is on the riverside near the point where the river turns north.

Madrana's Drum stands on a table in one of the cave's central chambers (where Mertius Florius stood). Retrieve it, and bring it back to Madrana for a small reward.

30	Finishes quest	I brought Madrana's missing drum back to her, and she rewarded me with some gold.
