Calitia, exploring the market in Almas Thirr

Calitia is an Imperial archer and visitor to Almas Thirr, and can be found walking around the market stalls on the wide bridge. She is a hireling of the Hlaalu, and public enough about it for the locals to be aware of the fact, with the smith Jalor Indo referring to it directly.

Calitia's actions, intended to be of service to her employer, set in motion a chain of events that will test the Temple's claim of neutrality in the Hlaalu-Indoril tensions over the lands surrounding the Thirr River, and she features prominently in two Temple quests, Healing Jalor Indo and Calitia's Sanctuary as her actions are discovered and those affected seek retribution:

"I only put that damn powder in his forge, so that the weapons he made for the Indoril would be brittle and useless. How was I supposed to know it would make him sick? I shouldn't have done it, I admit it. But I don't understand why he can't forgive me... If our roles were reversed I like to think that I'd be able to forgive him."

Ultimately, the rising tensions will risk bloodshed, with Calitia seeking sanctuary. Depending on the ending of the quest, she may leave Almas Thirr, or fail to survive it.
