Arelis Lloran in the Wetstone Tavern

Arelis Lloran is a Dark Elf crusader who is staying at the Wetstone Tavern in Gah Sadrith while hunting for witches with his partner, Eranil. The pair are conducting an inquisition in town, as they suspect that some of the High Elf companions and students of Mistress Eldale might be involved in a Daedric cult. They are eager for any information on the subject that you might be able to find.

For armor, he wears a near-complete set of ebony armor: cuirass, greaves, boots, bracers, and pauldrons. For clothing, he wears a common shirt with matching pants. He wields an ebony claymore, and carries 3 Standard Restore Magicka Potions, 100 gold, and 2 master's armorer's hammers.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Almsivi Restoration, Almsivi Restore Fighter, Blessed Word, Burning Hand, Cure Poison, Cure Poison on Touch, Heal Companion, and Hearth Heal.
