During your journey to Dondril, Aurelia will make comments on the surroundings - referencing how she remembers Aanthirin being green. This is almost certainly a reference to a previous iteration of the region.
Aurelia's reference to Constantius and Manumnabi is explored further in Sharnoga gra-Mal's quests at the Old Ebonheart Fighters Guild.
