10		Artisa Rethan recently sent a shipment of aid to the needy in Ald Iuval under a caravaner named Arsyn Omathan, but it hasn't returned. She asked me to travel to Ald Iuval to look for the caravan and find out what happened.
20		Arsyn Omathan, the caravaner bringing Artisa Rethan's aid to Ald Iuval, told me that he's being blocked from entering Ald Iuval by a guardsman of House Redoran.
30		The Redoran guard blocking the entry into Ald Iuval believes the aid to the needy is a Hlaalu ploy to encroach on Redoran control in the Waters March. He challenged me to a duel to prove my honorable intentions.
40		I have challenged the Redoran guard to a duel.
50		I have beaten the Redoran guard in a duel, proving my honor. The aid can enter Ald Iuval.
80		I have killed the Redoran guard. The aid can enter Ald Iuval.
90		Arsyn Omathan is dead. The aid will never reach Ald Iuval.
95		The pack guar is dead. The aid will never reach Ald Iuval.
100	Finishes quest	Artisa Rethan thanked me for securing the aid to the needy of Ald Iuval.
110	Finishes quest	Artisa Rethan was furious at the way I solved the situation in Ald Iuval. She accused me of causing a grave diplomatic incident between House Hlaalu and House Redoran.
120	Finishes quest	Artisa Rethan was disappointed that the caravan wasn't able to reach Ald Iuval.
