10		Merro Galvix asked me to deliver a note to Caedan Jorval in the Militia Headquarters. Galvix told me not to show the note to anyone else, especially not the Governor.
20		I have delivered the note to Caedan Jorval. He says the East Empire Company has his thanks. I should return to Merro Galvix.
30	Finishes quest	Merro Galvix thanked me for delivering the note to Caedan Jorval. I have earned his trust and he said there might be some other work for me in the near future.
40		I decided to give the note to Caedan Jorval to Contumious Flavius instead. The Governor thanked me and gave me a ring as a reward. I should confront Merro Galvix and tell him what I've done.
50	Finishes quest	Merro Galvix was extremely angry that I had given the note to the Governor. He will not consider hiring me ever again.
