Through testing, I've confirmed that *A Night to Remember* provides a reliable method to eliminate Weylin without stat consequences. The quest's elevated entry point enables undetected attacks, preventing assault stat increases.
Other theoretical approaches may exist, such as: - Using invisibility potions before/after the kill
