Basic Info[edit]

Dark Moon is an enchant that modifies the following:

increases Magicka by 100 points Health regeneration decreased by 30%

added by the Necromantic Grimoire Creation. Wdym "my action was harmful"??? Your mom's grawitational field is harmful there was a link to the thing, but it was deemed harmful, so I removed it. If someone knows the magic art/tech for link insertion, I must ask for them to do so — Unsigned comment by 37.248.176.16 (talk) at 23:55 on 27 September 2024

Hi there. I appreciate you trying to add the info and I'm sorry you had so much trouble with the link. Wiki links don't use standard <a> style, but a lot of spammers try to use that style of link, so the wiki blocked your efforts to include one. For future reference, the wiki link you were trying to insert would have been: [[Skyrim:Necromantic Grimoire Items#Necromancer Robes of Resurgence|sandbox]], which gives sandbox.
I'm planning on creating a stub of a page later today if nobody beats me to it, so you'll be able to modify it afterwards if you spot anything missing. Thanks again! Robin Hood(talk) 14:36, 28 September 2024 (UTC)

Increases magicka at night[edit]

'Dark Moon increases the target's maximum Magicka at night (7pm-5am) based on the effect strength.' Where was this information retrieved from? I tested it out in game and magicka does not change at night vs during the day.

That's from the Creation Kit and I checked in-game with the built-in hoods. It might only apply to those, though, not custom enchanted equipment. If that's the case, it should definitely be removed from this page and noted on the hood page(s?). (Edit: just confirmed in-game, it's the built-in stuff only.) Makes a lot of sense. Might be useful to see if this applies to both Elite and Ascendant hoods, unless you’ve already tested them both?

Yeah, I checked both because I missed it on one the first time, then when I noticed it on the other, I went back to check. Robin Hood(talk) 14:48, 30 September 2024 (UTC)
