1.3 fixed it?

It says that if you already have an Amulet of Arkay it can bug the quest, then says it may have been fixed in patch 1.3. Just thought we should confirm that if true. And if it is delete the note on the bug? --D. Gemini 08:29, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
