Agrius Amnis is an Imperial Vampire of the Quarra Clan.

As the oldest surviving member of the clan, Agrius serves as Jelkar's chief advisor and right-hand man. Along with Haesmar and Aenar, he is one of the few members of the clan who knew Volrina Quarra and served under her. He has resigned himself to the idea that they are already losing touch with the identity they created under Volrina, and they may soon cease to exist as a clan altogether, but he is determined to go out fighting as a Quarra.

Background

Agrius has lived for centuries as a member of the Quarra, and he has borne witness to some of their greatest accomplishments and their downfall in the last 200 years. Between the death of Volrina and the destruction of Druscashti in the Red Year, the Quarra have lost much of their heritage and reputation. Preserving what is left of the Quarra's history and Volrina's legacy has become Agrius' major goal as the clan reestablishes its powerbase in Skyrim, by both keeping histories alive and tracking down artifacts when possible.

Quest-related Events

The Bloodfire Amulet

Agrius will be sent to accompany you to Iceblood Barrow, and he will remain to guard the entrance in case of potential intruders. While you travel deeper into the barrow, Rothis will arrive and knock Agrius out so he can ambush you and claim the amulet for himself. Once Rothis is dead and you return to Quarra Lair, you can speak to Agrius about what happened, and he will be fine other than wounded pride.
