Rakeed is a Redguard member of the Remnants and the primary focus of the quest Interception. During the quest, he is being held hostage by the Thalmor and Ismal. After he is freed, he will travel to Purewater Run, where upon the quest's completion, he will disappear from the game along with Fijeh.
