Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Rekir in the Dragonstar East Arena to enter.
2. Defeat the wormmouth.
3. Defeat the Redguard prisoners.
4. Defeat the three goblins.
5. Defeat the cave bear, Ironhide.
6. Defeat the captive Reachmen.
7. Defeat Edric.
8. Defeat the pack of raki.
9. Defeat the minotaur.
10. Challenge the Arena Champion, Orgak gro-Ulagash and defeat him.
11. As Champion, you'll be challenged by Skeigr the Swift who you'll have to defeat.

Detailed Walkthrough

Round Three

For the third round, you will fight two Goblin Skirmishers and a Goblin Berserker.

Once the goblins are defeated, return to Rekir for 125 gold reward.

Round Four

Your opponent for Round four is Ironhide, a unique Cave Bear which can be looted for Ironhide's Pelt. It is a unique item in that it is a miscellaneous item instead of an ingredient.

You will be rewarded with 180 gold from Rekir upon victory.

Round Five

The fifth round will pit you against not one, not two, but three captive reachmen: Olibheron, Corridan, and Grypma. Olibheron wields a longsword, Corridan uses a hammer, while Grypma fights with a bow.

Rekir will reward you with 245 gold if you survive.

Round Six

On the sixth round, you will fight Edric, a former knight from out west wielding a Saber and wearing a mix of heavy (Edric's Shield), medium (Chain Cuirass, Imperial Chain Pauldrons), and light Armor (Cloth Bracers). Let him attack first, because you attacking first will be reported as a crime.

Your reward for the fight is 320 gold.

Round Seven

Round seven pits you against a pack of 3 Rakis.

Win this round for a reward of 405 gold.

Round Eight

For round eight, you will fight a Kreathi Minotaur.

Defeat the terrible creature of the Reach to earn 600 gold upon returning to Rekir.

Final Round

For your last rung on the ladder, you will fight Orgak gro-Ulagash, the Champion of the Pit. Go talk to him, located in the same room as Rekir, to issue the challenge, then go to the pit to fight him. If you wish, you can loot his body for Orgak's Toothed Axe, a unique 2-handed Axe.

You will earn 800 gold for your victory.

Extra Round

After defeating Orgak and crowned Champion, return to Rekir after 1 - 2 days and you will be challenged by Skeigr the Swift, who you must defeat to defend your title. While Rekir's spear, Skeigr's Implaer, is said to suck the energy out of his opponents, that is actually not true, as his spear has an on-use enchantment to fortify Speed and Spear instead.

Defend your Champion title for a 1000 gold reward from Rekir. Leave the arena now and rest, champion! You've earned it!
