The Torsus River is a river that flows from Riften in Skyrim into Cyrodiil.

On its route it passes the Summer Palace of the Emperor, before joining the waterway leading west from Cheydinhal into Lake Rumare.

Due to the shifting nature of development planning, the exact course of this river may yet change. As of the Abecean Shores release in late 2024, it is referenced only in dialogue, where it is described as a trade route under the auspices of the Blue Circuit.

Relevant Dialogue

• The Blue Circuit governs the Caracota and Torsus river tradeways into Skyrim and the northern reaches of the Nibenay. Its most prominent cities are Cheydinhal, which leads into the Valus Mountain canopy tunnels, and Quenti Turrai, on the north shore of Lake Rumare.
