The TEM Surfrunner is a sunken Navy cutter in the seas between Anvil and the Viduscan Isles.
The wreck lies a short way to the east of the southeasternmost isle of the Viduscan archipelago. Maormer arrows are stuck in the mast and deck, providing evidence as to the likely cause of the ship's sinking. Off its left side can be found the skeleton of a Navy officer - likely Rulan, given that Captain Rulan's Spear lies in his hand. A Maormer Scale Left Pauldron and Maormer Scale Left Bracer are present in the gorge just next to the wreck.
The sinking of the TEM Surfrunner is reported in the Abecean Monitor in an article titled NAVY PATROL ATTACKED. This newspaper piece confirms that the vessel had been paired with the TEM Brinerunner - a ship damaged enough to be taken back into Anvil's shipyard.

The plaque aboard the vessel reads simply: "Anvil Shipworks, Cyrodiil | 3E 421 Empire of Tamriel"
